By downloading, accessing, or using Ember, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use Ember for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.
This license does not transfer ownership of the app or its content.

Ember is an entertainment and relationship-focused application that provides couples with curated questions across multiple difficulty levels.
Ember does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. All content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Ember is intended for users aged 17 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts & Access
Ember does not require account creation. You may use the app without registering or providing personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Ember offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans. A free trial may be available depending on your region and platform.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform’s account settings.
- Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, and platform.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or permitted by Apple or Google policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ember. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Using the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app
- Redistributing or reselling the app without permission
- Interfering with app performance, integrity, or security
